Virginia Ann "Ginny" Ritzel

Virginia “Ginny” Ritzel age 67 of Delmont died Saturday, October 8, 2016.  Survivied by her roommates Manza Johnson, Janice Dapra and her loving caregivers at Family Services of Western Pennsylvania. Ginny attended NorthCo Adult Development in RIDC Park.
