It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our Mother, Victoria A. Jeannette age 95 of Export, who died at home with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. She was born August 9, 1928 in Allison a daughter of the late Joseph and Antonette (Wilk) Grusykowski. In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by her husband Louis Jeannette on August 31, 1994. Surviving are her loving Children; Anthony (Lisa) Jeannette, Connie (Bob) Setren, Dianna (Armin) Goldberg and Louie (Barb) Jeannette; cherished grandchildren; David, Vickey, Brandon, April (Scott), Jacquelin and Dominic; and her adored great granddaughter, Ava. Vicky was a member of St. Mary Church, Export. She was a hard worker, beginning at the age of 16 at the Heinz Pickle Factory, then went on to Dick’s Diner, Kaufman’s Tic-Tok Shop, Westmoreland Country Club, playground aide, White Valley School and ended her employment at Dean’s Fitness Center. She loved to gamble and play scratch of tickets. Vicky was the last survivor of 9 children. Friends welcomed on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Inc., 5701 Lincoln Ave., Export (724) 327-1400, A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Export.
