,Robert D. “Bob” Visnick Sr of Export passed away in his home on Sunday, April 9, 2023. Born on January 5, 1929 to the late Mike and Edith (Neptune) Visnick. Bob is survived by his daughters, Judy (Butch) Damico, Cindy (Late Jim) Daugherty, and Edie (Wayne) Riston. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Bryan, Melissa, Jesse, Jason, Matthew, Michael, Robert “BJ”, and Kevin, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandaughter, another great great grandchild on the way, and his brother Mitchell. In addition to his parents, Bob was also preceded in death by his wife, Ilene (Litzinger), son, Robert Jr., grandson, Craig and brother George. Bob was a proud Army veteran, and he belonged to the Italian American Club as well as the American Legion both in Export. He was also proud of his work as a mechanic at Day Automotive in Holidaypark where he worked until his retirement. There will be a visitation with the family on Monday, April 17, 2023 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Inc., Export (724) 327-1400. Interment will follow with military honors accorded by the Greensburg V.F.W.
