Richard R. "Ricky" Pivirotto

Richard R. Pivirotto, Sr., age 85 of Murrysville died Thursday, January 7, 2016 at UPMC Monroeville. He was born December 23, 1930 in Monroeville a son of the late James and Angie (Supancic) Pivirotto. Ricky was a retired Operating Engineer with the Local #66. He was an avid hunter who enjoyed all sorts of sports activities and was an enthusiastic golfer and coin collector. In addition to his parents Rick was preceded in death by his beloved wife Carol Ann (McGlashan) Pivirotto. Surviving are his loving children; Karen (Thomas) Kosiba of Winfield, IL, Richard R., Jr. of Slickville, Debbie (Mark) Widdows of Delmont and Donnie Pivirotto of Belle Vernon, Cherished Grandchildren; Nicole Kosiba, Rachel Kosiba, Chelsea Widdows and Whitney Widdows, devoted Brother Donald (Sonia) Pivirotto of N. Huntingdon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends welcome at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, 5701 Lincoln Ave., Export on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with Father Joseph Bonafed officiating.  Interment will be held privately.
