Patricia V. "Patti" Senchur

Patricia Viola Senchur, 89, of Monroeville, PA (formerly of Export, PA and Washington, DC), passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025. Born on March 10, 1936, in Export, PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Frank and Alvera (Glunt) Senchur.

Patti lived a life marked by style, grace, passion, and elegance leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. A proud graduate of Robert Morris University, Patti devoted more than 40 years to the U.S. Department of Treasury, serving as an Executive Administrator in Washington, DC. After retiring, she found joy in reading the newspaper from cover to cover or indulging in her love of shopping.

An exceptional conversationalist with a keen sense of style, Patti was known for her wit, charm, and passion for world affairs. She was always ready to share the latest news with her family and friends, and her impeccable fashion sense never went unnoticed. Whether discussing global events or telling captivating stories, Patti’s energy and unique sense of humor brightened any room she entered. Beyond her love of shopping and world news, her love for family was immense, she cherished every gathering, visit, and phone call.

Patti is survived by her sister, Dorothy Stepic (Senchur); her brother, Robert (JoAnn) Senchur; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Frank W. Senchur, her twin sister, Boneta Hill (Senchur), and brother-in-law, Mark Stepic.

A vibrant and unforgettable soul, Patti will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories at a viewing on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, at Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, 5701 Lincoln Avenue, Export, PA 15632.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:45 AM at Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life Interment prayer at Twin Valley Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum, Delmont, PA.
