Nellie (Falta) Homce

Nellie Homce age 92 of White Valley died Thursday, October 8, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born September 30, 1923 in Claridge a daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Soltys) Falta. In addition to her parents, Nellie was preceded in death by her beloved husband Stanley “Cutsy” Homce and 2 Sons; Thomas and Daniel Homce. Nellie was co-founder along with her late husband of Homce’s Greenhouse in White Valley and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Export. Surviving are her loving children; John Homce of White Valley, James (Kathy) Homce of Ohio and Susan (Tim) Rumbaugh of Latrobe;  4 cherished Grandchildren, Diana (Jeff) Karaffa, Patrick Homce, Amanda and Andrew Homce; 2 adored Great Grandchildren Riley and Kennedy Karaffa; a Sister Anna Hoak and daughter in-law Debbie Homce. Also several nieces and nephews. Friends welcome Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Export.
