Michael J. von Geis,
Age 70 of Penn Hills passed away peacefully. We thank Bridges Hospice for this blessing. Born May 21, 1953, Mike is survived by His beloved wife Linda, stepdaughter Colleen McDonough Hatok (Brandon), sweetest granddaughter Gabbi, sister Ann Albosta (Michael) of whom He adored, and brother Peter von Geis (Amy) who is always helpful & quick with jokes that made Mike laugh. Also survived by His loving Nephew & Nieces.
Preceded in death by Parents Paul E. Sr., & Mary Jane (Dickey) von Geis as well as Brothers Paul E. Jr, James, & Thomas von Geis. Also survived by several great nieces and great nephews.
As a retired truck driver, Mike enjoyed classic cars like his 70' GTO and He also loved dogs- especially black labs.
The family especially wishes to thank Frank “Cheech” Gardone, a best Friend to the very end. Also thank you to Bob Allen for all you've done. "See Ya Wildman".
