Marvin D. Fisher age 85 of Murrysville died Friday, October 21, 2016 in Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. He was born May 9, 1931 in Mt. Harmony, West Virginia, a son of the late Jerome "Daniel " and Jettie June (Swisher) Fisher. Marvin was a United States Air Force veteran having served as a Strategic Air Command Pilot. He was a retired employee of Westinghouse Electric where he worked as a Mechanical Engineer. Marvin was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Export, Knights of Columbus Manordale Valley Council 4226 and was active in the Murrysville/ Export Republican Committee (MERC). Surviving is his beloved wife Loretta Fisher; loving children Gregory Fisher of Erie, Karen Fisher of Murrysville, John (Janet) Fisher of Allison Park, Mary (Jeffrey) Williams of Palmyra, Brian (Gilda) Fisher of Benicia, CA and Brenda Fisher of Murrysville; brothers; Kenneth and Arden Dale Fisher of Fairmont, W VA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
