Marlene D. Askey

Marlene D. Askey age 81 of Export died Friday, May 11, 2018 at William Penn Care Center. She was born May 9, 1937 in Export a daughter of the late Ignatius and Mary Djubek. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Edward R. Askey. Marlene was a retired bank manager for First Common Wealth bank with 40 years of service and  was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Surviving are her loving children; Kevin Askey and his wife Patty, Ron Askey and Rachelle Grubb, dear grandmother of Dillon Askey and Justin Grubb. Respecting Marlene’s wishes there will no visitation. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Export is entrusted with funeral arrangements.
