Loretta Rose (Caldrer) Stimmell

Loretta R. Stimmell age 82 of Export died Wednesday, September 8, 2021. She was born June 5, 1939 in Export a daughter of the late Romie and Rose (Mangine) Caldrer. Loretta was a retired office manager for the late Dr. Eugene Herron for many years and was an active member of the Delmont Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed gardening cooking and having all the family at home for special events and holidays. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles “Charlie” Stimmell. Surviving are her loving children; Alan (Lori) Stimmell of Sykesville, MD and Barry (Jana) Stimmell of Allegheny Township; cherished grandchildren, Beth, Tony, Andy, Dan, Zack, Jeff, Craig and Staci.; siblings, Raymond Caldrer and Normi (Sonny) Barton. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and her dog Harley. Friends welcome Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Inc., 5701 Lincoln Ave., Export (724) 327-1400 where services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
