Kathleen A. “Kathy” (Larese) Romagna, age 82 of Export passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026 in Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. She was born March 13, 1944 in Wilkinsburg, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna W. (Medved) Larese. Kathy was a retired food service manager for Franklin Regional School District for over 30 years, where she enjoyed spending time with the students.  She loved her pets and her home where she looked forward to planting flowers, cooking, ceramics and decorating for the holidays, but most of all Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving is her loving husband of 62 years, Albert “Al” Romagna; 2 loving children, Lisa Romagna of Delmont and David Romagna of Nashville, TN; a devoted brother Larry (Betsey) Larese of Export; 2 cherished grandchildren, Camryn and Clair Romagna. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Connie (Clem) Tom and Loretta (“Kip”) Paha and 2 nephews; Stevie Paha & Tom Starn. Friends and family will be received Monday, from 4-8 p.m. March 23, 2026 at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home., Inc., 5701 Lincoln Ave., Export (724) 327-1400 where services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Export.
