John W. Kohosek

John W. Kohosek age 77 of Export died January 20, 2021 in Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. He was born February 27, 1943 in Pittsburgh a son of the late John A. and Mary Margaret (Kuznik) Kohosek. John was a graduate of Franklin Regional High School class of 1962 and went on to study at Point State Park Junior College where he graduated in 1965. He was a retired Draftsman who enjoyed cooking and getting together with his family for all occasions or just visits. John loved to feed and care for the cats on the family farm and had a special interest in cars. He was a member of the SNPJ Lodge, White Valley Amvets and Slickville Sportsman Club. In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by a sister Betty Marsiglio, brother in-law Don Marsiglio and a nephew, Dan Marsiglio. Surviving are his loving siblings; Thresa (Terry) Seighman, Marian Rudolph and Jim (Donna) Kohosek. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, 2 aunts and many cousins. Due to the current health crisis a memorial Mass will be celebrated at a future date to be announced.
