Irene Zeyzus

Irene Zeyzus age 92 of Export died Wednesday, January 17, 2018 in St. Ann Home, Greensburg. She was born September 21, 1925 in Export a daughter of the late Waclaw and Petronela (Wierzbinski) Zeyzus. Irene was a retired secretary for AMAX, Inc. and was lifelong member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Export. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings; Bertha Gillis, Lucy, John, Adam, Lenny, Fred, Henry, Ted, Louie and Richard Zeyzus. Survived by her loving siblings; Helen Zychal, Theresa Basista and Raymond (Flo) Zeyzus. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Friends and family welcome Friday from 4 -8 p.m. at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Inc., 5701 Lincoln Ave., Export (724) 327-1400. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Export with Fr. Efren Ambre as celebrant. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Export.
