Hugh H. “Butch” Cook age 75 of Monroeville died peacefully on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at home with his loving family at his side. He was born July 17, 1939 in Turtle Creek the son of the late Hugh F. and Florence E. (Guisbert) Cook. Butch was a retired owner/operator and company truck driver. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Valley Lodge #613 in Turtle Creek, American Historic Truck Society and FASH (Fraternal Association of Steel Haulers). Survived by his beloved wife Paula A. (Homce) Cook; loving children; Hugh H. “Butchie” Cook, Jr. of Saltsburg, Kelly (Robert) Chapple of Columbia, SC; cherished grandchildren Lauren, Reagan and Maggie Chapple; devoted sister Geraldine (late Charles) Copeland of Plum Boro. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Respecting Butch’s wishes there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements entrusted to the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Inc., Export.
