Henry L. "Hank" Swank, Sr.

Henry L. “Hank” Swank, Sr., age 75 of Export, died Friday, March 4, 2022 in Excela Health, Westmoreland Hospital. He was born May 1, 1946 a son of the late Merle Hill and Anna Swank. Hank was a retired Machinist for the former Universal Welding in Export. He loved to go fishing, play bingo, watch the Steelers play, listen to country music and ride his Honda Goldwing. He was a member of the PNA in Export and the Slickville Sportsman Club. In addition to his parents, Hank was preceded in death by his loving companion Sandy Mahoy and several sisters. Surviving are his beloved children; Henry Swank, Jr., Sherri Sonner, Wendi Hutton and Tracy Swank; siblings, Sonny Swank, Vince Swank and Nancy Watkins. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family welcome Monday from 4-8 p.m. at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Inc., Export (724) 327-1400 where services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
