Florence M. "Flo" (Palandro) McQuade

Florence “Flo” McQuade age 88 of Delmont formerly of Edgewood, passed away peacefully Friday, July 1, 2022. Loving mother of Rosemary (Brian) Holt, Maureen Celestino, Patricia Rodriguez, Mary Jo Neumont; cherished grandmother of Lauren and Michael Celestino, Michael and Jack Rodriguez, Rocco McAllister and Ava Neumont; dear sister of Anthony Palandro and the late Helen Scinto, Rocco Palandro, Arthur Palandro and Peter Palandro; treasured mother in-law of the late Michael Celestino and Michael Neumont; lifelong friend of John McQuade. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Flo was a retired employee of Mine Safety Appliance (MSA). She will be greatly missed and warmly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Respecting Flo’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Export. Interment will be private in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Penn Hills. The family suggests memorial contributions in Flo’s name to UPMC Family Hospice, 700 Bower Hill Rd., Suite 6206, Pittsburgh, PA 15243.
