Dennis D. 'Denny' Zaccagnini, 74, of Delmont, died peacefully on March 12, 2025, at Ark Manor Personal Care Home in Delmont. He was born July 6, 1950, in Latrobe, a son of the late Samuel and Lillian (Bullock) Zaccagnini. Denny was a Vietnam War Army veteran who respectfully saluted and said a prayer in front of all local business flagpoles throughout Delmont borough. He enjoyed eating hamburgers and would sample all of the local restaurants to see who had the best, and it turned out that in his opinion the former Wagon Wheel had the best burgers. In addition to his parents, Denny was preceded in death by two brothers, Sam and Louie Zaccagnini. Surviving are his loving sister, Connie (Matt) Felesky of Delmont; nieces, Cheryl Tilker of Greensburg and Brenda (Tony) Gardone of Delmont. Also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews living out of state. Friends will be received from 12:30 p.m. until time of services at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 14, at the WOLFE-VON GEIS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5701 Lincoln Ave., Export, (724)-327-1400. Interment will be private. Denny's family would like to thank the staff at Ark Manor Personal Care Home for their dedicated care and compassion and also the residents of Delmont for their kindness given to Denny over the years. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Denny's name to your local animal shelter. For directions or to offer online condolences, please visit www.wolfe-vongeis.com.
