Carolyn M. “Carrie” (Cook) Shaffer age 64 of Hempfield Township, died peacefully on November 8, 2021 in UPMC East, Monroeville. She was born February 1, 1957 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Clifford and Anna (Rubbo) Cook. Surviving is her loving husband, Randy Shaffer; siblings, Charles (Gladys) Cook, Clifford (Janet) Cook, and Cheryl (Tim) Maier; nieces and nephews, Cassandra (Jason) Fetty, Callie (Irvin) Krueger, Kayla (Robert) Thompson, Gina Maier and Rick (Melissa) Maier. Also survived by many great nieces and great nephews. Respecting Carrie’s wishes services and interment will be private.
