Arthur F. "Art" Jones

Arthur F. Jones, age 72 of Apollo, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025 in UPMC St. Margaret’s Hospital, Aspinwall. He was born August 7, 1953 in New Kensington, a son of the late Arthur and Esther (Keibler) Jones. Surviving is his devoted wife, Sandra “Sandy”(Colclaser) Jones, loving daughters; Jessica (Dan) Szalla, Amanda (Bubba) Sutton and the late Leona Maszgay, cherished grandchildren; Amerra Maszgay, Simon (Hannah) Szalla, Elliott Szalla, Dylan Sutton and his fiancee Courtney, special niece; Michelle Hindman and son in-law, Tony Maszgay. Art was a retired machinist and handyman who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, playing Monopoly, “which he he found great pleasure cheating at”, peanuts, pretzels, pistachios and his cats; Mittens, Hope Ann, Lily, and Johnny. He also loved anything about Elvis and took a dream vacation to Graceland that will always be remembered.
