Antonio J. "Tony" Emanuel

Antonio J. “Tony” Emanuel, age 41, of Apollo, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 27, 2025.

He was born on June 17, 1984, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and was the son of Domenick Emanuel Jr. of Apollo and Tina Emanuel (Peters) of Monroeville.

Tony was a 2003 graduate of Kiski Area High School in Apollo. He enjoyed watching and playing hockey

And had an impressive knowledge of the sport, knowing statistics from the Pittsburgh Penguins all the way to the San Jose Sharks.

Tony had a deep love for music and would sing to anyone who would listen and dance with anyone wanting to join him.

He also enjoyed watching movies, but his true passion was cooking. He worked in the culinary field and aspired to become a chef one day.

Above all, Tony found the greatest joy in spending time with his friends and family.

In addition to his parents, Tony is survived by his loving sister, Lauren Emanuel of Verona.

his maternal grandparents, Don and Gisela Peters of South Carolina; his uncle Randy Peters and aunt Donna Peters of South Carolina.

his aunt Donna Emanuel and Carl Jaskiewicz of Vandergrift; cousins Nathan and Nichole Rogers of Philadelphia. cousins Nicolas, Zachary, Ryan, and Corey of South Carolina; two stepbrothers, Dylan and Zach; and a stepsister, Aundrea.

Tony was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Domenick Sr. and Patricia Emanuel (Perfette), and his uncle, Jeff Peters.

Friends and family are welcome on Friday, January 2, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Wolfe-Vongeis Funeral Home, 5701 Lincoln Avenue, Export.
