Agnes M. “Aggie” (Mika) Murray age 77 of Export died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 20, 1938 in Export a daughter of the late Thomas C. and Katherine (Bush) Mika. Aggie was a member of St. Mary Church, Export where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, Sacristan and was a member of the Christian Mothers. She was a member of the Export American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 858 and served on the board of elections. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Murphy C. Murray, Sr.; brothers and sisters, Joseph, Frank, Stanley, Alex, Edward Mika, Frances Persin and a Step-Granddaughter. Survived by her loving family; Step-children, Murphy C. Murray, Jr., Stephen C. Murray, Michael Murray, Jamie Ruth Murray, Lisa Burgess and Barbara Murray; 10 step -Grandchildren; siblings, Thomas Mika, Helen Lucas and Sally Hohman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends welcome Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Wolfe-von Geis Funeral Home, Inc., 5701 Lincoln Avenue, Export (724) 327-1400. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Export with Father Joseph Bonafed as celebrant and Father Michael Sikon as con celebrant. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Export. Aggie would like to thank Tracy Fowler, Cindy Stepnick, Sue & Rachel Fisher for their loving care and compassion during a very difficult time.
