Jeanne Ann (Isaacs) Byrne

Jeanne Ann Byrne age 87 of Delmont formerly of Murrysville died March 8, 2018 peacefully at home with her loving family by her side. She was born July 26, 1930 in Hyde Park, New York the daughter of the late Manny and Lillian (McGuire) Isaacs. Jeanne was a breast cancer survivor and was an active member of St. Barbara Church in Penn Township and was a former member of St. Mary Church, Export where she enjoyed knitting bonnets and blankets for newborns. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother grandmother and friend. Jeanne lived a great life and there are so many people alive today because she lived. Surviving is her beloved husband of 64 years Edward Byrne, Jr; loving children, Susan Byrne of Florence, KY, Irene (Ted) Ohl of Larchmont, NY and Andrew Byrne of Delmont; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Edward (Betty) Byrne, III and a brother Richard Isaacs. Respecting Jeanne’s wishes there will be no visitation. A memorial Mass will be held at a later date. The family suggest memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15205-4620.
