Charles E. “Chuck” Johnson age 45 of Greensburg died Sunday, December 24, 2017 at Forbes Hospital, Monroeville after a lengthy illness and chronic drug abuse. Chuck was the loving son of Pat (Merick) Johnson of Delmont; father of Jesse, step father of Sara both of Colorado, brother of Ken Johnson of Murrysville.
