Betty had a special love for Marsha, Kathy, Cathy, Carol, Tracey, and Billy.

Betty worked at Westinghouse during WWII where she met Eddie through his sister Pauline, and married into the Gebrosky family. After Eddie’s passing at age 41, Betty continued raising her 6 children on her own while working for Jeannette Glass. Later, she became a loving nanny to numerous families. She has touched so many lives, with her positive disposition, hard work, quiet strength, deep generosity, and great faith. She was best known for keeping everyone on their toes, never knowing what she would say next with her quick wit, humor, and laughter. You could always find a cup of coffee, a game of cards, and lively conversation waiting for you at her house. Her door was always open. She loved life, and she especially loved her family. Her spirit is carried on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren whose photos you could always find proudly displayed throughout her home.

A special thank you to the staff at RNC of Greater Pittsburgh and Bridges Hospice for caring for Betty so lovingly in her final days.
